The present invention relates to: a malonyl-CoA detection recombinant microorganism, in which a gene coding a type III polyketide synthase enzyme is inserted into a genome and a recombinant vector including the same is introduced; a screening method of malonyl-CoA production inducing material using the recombinant microorganism and a screening method of a gene participating in productivity increase of malonyl-CoA; and a method for knocking-down the gene screened by the method from a microorganism to increase a production amount of malonyl-CoA in the microorganism and producing a useful material by using malonyl-CoA as a precursor. According to the present invention, when using a biosensor of the present invention, provided are signal generation of a single step, usability in various microorganisms, usability and a simple construction method in a microorganism having fluorescence, and a simple screening method. Moreover, when the present invention is grafted to high-speed screening, provided are advantages of easily screening strains with increased malonyl-CoA productivity in a short time (less than three days) and directly applying the strains to a malonyl-CoA-based useful compound production strain.
