The present invention relates to a sealing coupling structure of a fastening tubular body for a non-freeze faucet with a replacement function, which can improve pressurizing efficiency of an inner pipe of a fastening tubular body of a non-freeze faucet with a replacement function, in order to block water in a water pipe exposed to the ground by a valve configured in the ground, while draining water on the ground to prevent freezing. To this end, at least one protrusion member (300) having a screw groove (301) is provided on an outer circumferential surface of an upper side of an outer skin tubular body (3). In addition, a pressurizing body (90) having a pressurizing member (900) having a piece coupling hole (901) is provided to correspond to an upper side of the protrusion member (300). Furthermore, a connecting hole (903) for supporting a non-freeze faucet (5) in a dome shape is provided at an upper side of the center of the pressurizing body (90), and a fastening plate (9-1) having a supporting projection (901) for pressurizing the inner pipe (6) is provided on the outer circumferential surface thereof. Here, the piece coupling hole (901) of the fastening plate (9-1) and the protrusion member (300) of the outer skin tubular body (3) are provided to be fastened by a sealing coupling means (H) having a fastening piece (P) in a bolt or piece shape. Therefore, according to the present invention, the fastening plate is provided to be fixated and installed by the pressurizing member fixated and installed by the fastening piece while being engaged with the protrusion member having the plurality of screw grooves on the outer circumferential surface of the upper side of the outer skin tubular body, in order to acquire solidity of a solid fastening structure.
