The present invention provides: a solvent-free two liquid type paint composition for an antistatic epoxy flooring material which comprises an epoxy resin part (A) including 5 to 15 wt% of epoxy resin reactive diluent, 40 to 60 wt% of calcium carbonate having an average particle size of 5 to 25 μm as an extender pigment, and 0.001 to 0.1 wt% of carbon nanotubes as a conductive material and an epoxy curing agent part (B) including 30 to 80 wt% of epoxy curing agent (amine resin), 10 to 40 wt% of non-reactive diluent, and 5 to 30 wt% of a curing accelerator; a producing method thereof; and an antistatic epoxy flooring material produced thereby. The solvent-free two liquid type paint composition according to the present invention: is environmentally friendly with almost no volatile material; has high workability by being easy to work indoors; and is able to produce an epoxy flooring material with excellent antistatic properties, abrasion resistance, and durability without degrading or damaging the physical properties of matrix resin by using a small or very small amount of carbon nanotubes as a conductive material.
