The present invention provides a surgical navigation device which guides surgical instruments to a predetermined position for treatment inside diagnosed bones. According to the present invention, the surgical navigation device comprises: a base frame unit having a rail surface formed along a longitudinal direction of a surgical table; a circular ultrasound diagnostic device frame unit which is coupled with an ultrasound diagnostic device generating an ultrasound image and is installed on the rail surface in a width direction so that the ultrasound diagnostic device curvedly moves in the width direction while linearly moving along the longitudinal direction; and a circular bone surgical endoscope guide frame unit which is coupled with a guide port for guiding bone surgical endoscopy and is installed on the rail surface in the width direction so that the guide port curvedly moves in the width direction of the surgical table while linearly moving along the longitudinal direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
