PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM AND PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION METHOD FOR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS IN OFFLINE STORES

Disclosed are a product recommendation system for a potential customer in an offline store and a method thereof. The product recommendation system comprises: a customer recognition device recognizing a customer entering a store and transmitting the recognized customer information; a product recommendation server extracting customized product information including a preferred style and a preferred size of a customer based on the customer information and recommending a product corresponding to the preferred style of the customer among products provided in the store by using the customized product information; and a customer terminal receiving and displaying a recommended product from the product recommendation server. According to an embodiment, a product recommendation server calculates a matching evaluation score with the customer based on the recognized product information and recommends product purchase according to the calculated matching evaluation score result when a customer terminal recognizes a product provided in a store. The present invention can increase customer′s shopping satisfaction.
