The present invention relates to a technology transfer contract post management server, a technology transfer contract post management system, and a technology transfer contract post management method using the same. According to the present invention, the technology transfer contract post management system comprises: a user computer which is controlled by a user belonging to a group; a management information system (MIS) which allows the user computer to have access thereto through an authentication process, and performs a decision support process under the control of the accessed user computer; and a technology transfer contract post management server which is connected to a management information server to allow the user computer, allowed access thereto through the authentication process in the management information server, to have access thereto, and which performs commercialization status management, royalty charge and unpaid royalty management, royalty distribution management, and royalty management processes, for technology transferred to a technical implementation contractor under the control of the user computer. Thus, the present invention can prevent royalties from being unpaid.
