Also, according to the present invention, the security robot for managing a house includes: a short-distance communication unit receiving a danger signal by communicating with the face recognition door lock; a photographing unit photographing a predetermined monitoring area including an entry subject entering a door; an authentication unit performing authentication by comparing a face image of the entry subject photographed with the face image of an authentication DB stored in advance; a control unit moving a robot body to a predetermined position for monitoring the door after stopping performed work when the danger signal is received, and determining whether the entry subject is a permitted subject or a trespasser based on an authentication result performed by the authentication unit; and a transmission unit transmitting a security alarm and an evidence picture generated based on the photographed image to a predetermined user terminal when the entry subject is determined as the trespasser. The security robot for managing a robot monitors situations in which the trespasser opens and closes the face recognition door lock by force when all family members have left the house and transmits the information about the situation to a user. Also, the security robot for managing a robot also automatically reports to the police and, therefore, can improve the security level of the house.
