According to an embodiment, disclosed is an intelligent consultation system based on customer consultation data and user personalization. The system includes: a chatbot performing an operation for analyzing an inquiry from a terminal device of an inquirer through deep learning and creating an answer to the inquiry; and a database storing data associating the inquiry with the answer created by the chatbot. If model data personalized for the inquirer is stored in the database, the chatbot creates a non-inquiry answer by referring to the personalized model data, and then, transmits the answer to the terminal device of the inquirer.
