The present invention relates to an IoT-based real-time monitoring system for growth and development condition of crops in a greenhouse. The IoT-based real-time monitoring system includes: a camera module which photographs the inside of a greenhouse; a greenhouse data collecting module which collects greenhouse data including real-time greenhouse atmospheric environment and badge data from a plurality of sensors installed in the greenhouse; a greenhouse environment management module which couples a tag including collection date, location information, and identification information to the greenhouse data collected from the greenhouse data collecting module to convert the same into a standardized format, couples the greenhouse data of the standardized format with an image photographed from the camera module to generate the image-coupled data in a unit stack, and couples a plurality of unit stacks in a time sequence to provide growth and development condition of crops as a panoramic image; and a user terminal which displays the growth and development condition of crops generated from the greenhouse environment management module, and overlaps greenhouse data corresponding to a unit stack displayed on a specific area to display the same on the panoramic image when an input signal for the specific area in the panoramic image is received.
