The present invention relates to a portable pipe cleaning device for removing scale, slime, and foreign substances from a water pipe using water and air pressure, which increases an area coming in contact with the scale and slime in the pipe to increase the cleaning effect. According to the present invention, the portable pipe cleaning device comprises: a body including a housing, an instrument panel, and a cover covering the instrument panel; a pipe cleaning device installed in the housing of the body and having a water inlet pipe communicating with a water inlet, a first valve, a water flowing pipe, a second valve, and a water outlet pipe connected in order, wherein the water outlet pipe includes a water supply pump supporting water to the water inlet pipe, an air supply pipe, an air supply pump, and an air outlet pipe, and the air outlet pipe is connected and installed on one side of the water outlet pipe; and a fixing module installed in the pipe cleaning device and a water pipe to be cleaned.
