The present invention relates to a vibrator capable of generating vibration using magnetic force and a shoe comprising the vibrator. Specifically, the present invention includes fixed magnets on the upper and lower portions of a vibrator case, and further includes a vibrating plate and moving magnets formed on the vibrating plate in the space inside the vibrator case, thereby causing the vibrator to vibrate by the magnetic force formed between the fixed magnets and the moving magnets.
