The present invention relates to an ultrasonic wave nondestructive inspection using a phased array ultrasonic wave probe wherein a means is provided to perform, using a wedge, a detection of a refraction angle higher than a critical angle of an inspection object longitudinal wave by using a transverse wave, and a detection of the refraction angle lower than the critical angle of the transverse wave by using the longitudinal wave so as to inspect a wide range within a short time.
