The present invention relates to a menstrual cup which can be reused by exchanging only a container containing menstrual blood. According to the present invention, a vertically penetrating cover body of a silicon material is used. Also, an accommodating cup which is formed with an inner space for accommodating menstrual blood therein by being manufactured with a thin plastic material at low costs inside the cover body, an inlet at an upper surface to allow the menstrual blood to be introduced into the inner space, a protruding handle part for separating a menstrual cup worn at a lower end thereof from the inside of vagina and easily separating the same from the cover body, a body having automatic restoring force while being pressed with the cover body to be easily worn, and a vertical crease part formed with a space part therebetween by convex and concave parts to release vacuum inside the vagina for easy removal after use, is mounted. Therefore, the menstrual cup of the present invention can be reused by exchanging only the accommodation cup in the cover body after use.
