Wedge type nuclear plant cabinet for improving seismic performance

The present invention relates to a wedge type cabinet for a nuclear power plant to improve an earthquake-proof performance, which decreases a delivered seismic force to safely protect a device and a component installed therein. Here, the cabinet for a nuclear power plant is composed of a cabinet door and a cabinet main body. Furthermore, the wedge type cabinet for a nuclear power plant to improve an earthquake-proof performance comprises: a wedge frame in which a wedge coupling surface is formed after a steel material is bent to have a predetermined width and height, thereby protruding along a door edge on the inside of the cabinet door; and a wedge receiving fixing frame in which a wedge receiving coupling surface is formed after a steel material is bent to have a predetermined width and height to correspond to the wedge frame on a surface at which the cabinet door is installed. Therefore, in the wedge type cabinet for a nuclear power plant according to the present invention, the cabinet door is coupled to the cabinet main body just like a wedge is inserted therein, to improve the earthquake-proof performance against vibrating ground motions acting in horizontal and vertical directions.
