An aluminum melting device according to the present invention is capable of automating a level measurement of molten aluminum in a melting furnace and calculating a recovery rate of aluminum scrap on the basis of a measured level of the molten aluminum. The aluminum melting device comprises a melting furnace for melting aluminum scrap, a level measuring part installed in an upper part of the melting furnace to measure the level of molten metal in the melting furnace, and a recovery rate calculation part for calculating the recovery rate of the aluminum scrap on the basis of a change amount of the molten metal level measured by the level measuring part, thereby improving productivity and reducing an original purchase cost of aluminum scrap.
