The present invention relates to an electronic display, which is not easy to install power equipment in place where the electronic display is to be installed or which reduces costs by reducing power consumption. More specifically, the disclosed power saving electronic display by brightness correction of image data sums up the brightness of source image data to be displayed to reduce the brightness of the image data and display the source image data when the installed capacity is exceeded, and displays brightness data within the installed capacity to maintain the visibility of the electronic display and darkens a specific screen with white background, thereby not lowering the visibility and minimizing the maximum power consumption.
