The present invention relates to a wireless image transmission system. The wireless image transmission system comprises a high-speed nonvolatile memory in which data is recorded by a first control part; a second control part for reading the data recorded in the high-speed nonvolatile memory; a bidirectional asynchronous data exchange device. The first control part and the second control part write and read the data in the high speed nonvolatile memory through the bidirectional asynchronous data exchange device. The bidirectional asynchronous data exchange device may control the second control part not to read the data from the high-speed nonvolatile memory while the data is written to the high-speed nonvolatile memory. It is possible to transmit metadata wirelessly in real time.
