The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a soap using a snail and medicinal herbs as a main raw material, which comprises: an edible snail preparing step (S1) of preparing 10 kg of edible snails by completing a pretreatment step; a dried medicinal herb preparing step (S2) of preparing dried medicinal herbs having skin care efficacy; a first mixing step (S3) of inputting the prepared edible snails, the dried medicinal herbs, and 40 liters of water into a separate container, and firstly mixing the same to produce a first mixture; a double-boiling step (S4) of obtaining an extract of the edible snails and the medicinal herbs from the first mixture by inputting the container containing the first mixture in a pot again to doubly boil the same in a method for heating the pot until 40 liters of water becomes 20 liters of water; a second mixing step (S5) of producing a second mixture by secondarily mixing 10 kg of a soap base, 1,100 ml of the extract of the edible snails and the medicinal herbs, 300 ml of vegetable glycerin, and 150 ml of liquid with lavender fragrance in the container; an aging step (S6) of aging the second mixture at a temperature of 45°C for 72 hours; a mold input soap molding step (S7) of inserting the aged second mixture into a soap mold, and placing the same for 24 hours to mold a desired soap shape; a demolding step (S8) of removing a molded soap from the soap mold; and a drying step (S9) of drying the demolded soap at room temperature for 72 hours.
