Provided are a soil-water characteristic curve (SWCC)-hyperspectral cam test method and an apparatus for measuring reflectance by volumetric water content. According to an embodiment, the SWCC-hyperspectral cam test method for measuring reflectance by volumetric water content comprises the following steps of: acquiring volumetric water content with respect to a ground sample by performing an SWCC test; and measuring reflectance by volumetric water content of the ground sample by performing a hyperspectral camera test using the volumetric water content acquired with a result of the SWCC test.
