The present invention relates to a metadata search system. The metadata search system is composed of clustering of a storage database for data storage and clustering of a search database for a search to improve performance and stability of a database. Through primary load balancing, a search task and a storage task are separated, and the separated work can be stored in an optimal database server through secondary load balancing based on a score calculated in accordance with previously collected information on database servers.
