The present invention relates to a concentric uniform circular array (UCA) antenna having a practical structure for improving transmission capacity used for wireless communication. The present invention is to provide the concentric UCA antenna having the practical structure which can eliminate a phase difference and loss caused by a RF cable connecting a phase shifter and an antenna. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the concentric UCA antenna having the practical structure comprises: a plurality of dual pole antenna installed on the front of an antenna disk; an H-PCB installed to face the rear surface of the antenna disk; and a V-PCB installed to face the rear surface of the antenna disk. A phase variable for the H-Pol element antenna is installed on the H-PCB; a phase variable for the V-Pol element antenna is installed on the V-PCB; the phase shifter for the H-Pol element antenna is connected to the H-Pol element antenna on the dual pole antenna through a first RF connector adapter; and the phase shifter for the V-Pol device antenna may be connected to the V-Pol device antenna on the dual pole antenna through a second RF connector adapter.
