According to an embodiment of the present invention, a single biological reaction system for removing nitrogen comprises: a single reaction tank having the inner space without the partition and, after nitrification of a liquid using microbubbles in a reactor where wastewater flowing from a flux control tank located near one side wall and microorganisms are mixed, emitting the liquid to a precipitation tank located near the other side wall; a bubble generation unit for generating microbubbles in the inner pace of the single reaction tank; and a control unit for controlling the inflow of wastewater to be nitrified into the inner space of the single reaction tank, and controlling the dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration in the single reaction tank through the control of the microbubble generation of the bubble generation unit during the inflow of the wastewater into the inner space of the single reaction tank.
