The present invention relates to a method for producing an egg yolk antibody for preventing or treating a digestive disease of a calf, an egg yolk antibody produced thereby, and a use thereof. The egg yolk antibody is produced by inoculating a complex obtained by combining an antigen with a heteroantibody into a layer chicken after producing the heteroantibody by using bacteria or virus antigen causing a digestive disease of a calf. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce a large amount of egg yolk antibodies by injecting an antigen-heteroantibody complex into a layer chicken, and the egg yolk antibody produced by the present invention has high specificity and binding properties to the bacteria or virus causing a digestive disease of a calf so as to effectively inhibit growth of the bacteria and virus, thereby preventing or treating a digestive disease of a calf.
