The present invention relates to an antenna module which is a monopole type individual antenna on both sides of upper and lower surfaces separated from each of a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer while a ground electrode and a feed line are placed at the center and arranges a patch-type radiator. The patch-type radiator is provided with a low frequency band part in which a long rectangle is bent in one direction, a high frequency band part formed in a short rectangle, and a curved pattern connection part connecting the low frequency band part and a high frequency band part. When a signal of the same feed line is applied, circular polarization having different directions of rotation in the high frequency band part on an upper surface, the high frequency band part on a lower surface, the low frequency band part on an upper surface and the low frequency band part on a lower surface when viewed from the outside can be generated, transmitted and received.
