mRNA PolyA Stimulation of the polymerization of poly A tail by PolyA polymerase by inorganic Pyrophosphatase

摘要

The present application discloses methods, compositions, and kits for increasing the efficiency of adenylate polymerization by adding pyrophosphate hydrolase together in adenylate polymerization of mRNA. The method according to the present invention can synthesize longer A-tailed mRNA using less amount of Poly (A) polymerase.
