According to the present invention, an ecological environment rainwater collection system with low impact development (LID), which can initially respond to rainwater through surface leak management and improve a penetration storage function. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the system comprises: a rainwater inflow unit embedded to be exposed from a ground surface of a road for rainwater to flow to be purified; a first storage unit in which the rainwater flowing through the rainwater inflow unit is temporarily stored; a second storage unit in which rainwater flows from the first storage unit to be stored; a pretreatment filter unit installed between the first storage unit and the second storage unit to reduce a pollution degree of rainwater; and an inspection unit installed to be adjacent to the second storage unit to help rainwater to be recycled or induce the rainwater to be discharged to a sewer pipe.
