The present invention relates to a generator for driving an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) turbine generator from hot water produced using wind power and solar heat. According to the present invention, the generator produces thermal energy from the wind power and the solar heat and uses the hot water produced therein for power generation. Therefore, the present invention can reduce energy costs and replace fossil fuels.
