Disclosed is a geothermal cooling and heating system with a compatible operation control technology of a double underground heat exchanger. The geothermal cooling and heating system with a compatible operation control technology of a double underground heat exchanger comprises: a three-way electric valve including a first port, a second port, and a third port; a first underground heat exchanger installed inside a first geothermal well hole and including a first submersible motor pump, a first heat exchange fluid pumping pipe, and a first heat exchange fluid return pipe; a second underground heat exchanger installed inside a second geothermal well hole and including a second submersible motor pump, a second heat exchange fluid pumping pipe, and a second heat exchange fluid return pipe; a ground heat exchanger connected to the first heat exchange fluid pumping pipe and the second heat exchange fluid pumping pipe through a heat exchange fluid supply pipe; and a control unit for controlling a heat exchange fluid circulation direction between the first underground heat exchanger and the second underground heat exchanger.
