The present invention relates to a diagnostic marker for gastric marginal lymphoma and its use, and more particularly, to a diagnostic marker composition for gastric marginal lymphoma comprising a specific gene mutation capable of causing gastric marginal lymphoma, and an agent for detecting the genetic mutation. It relates to a diagnostic composition for gastric marginal lymphoma, and a diagnostic method using the same. It is expected that the mutant gene and the protein encoded by the present invention can be usefully used to diagnose the disease earlier and more quickly as a marker for diagnosing the disease.
