The present invention relates to an IoT-based data processing system for predicting a shipbuilding facility failure, which comprises: a data collecting unit separately installed in a transport facility and a production facility operated in a shipyard to collect sensing data for each facility from IoT sensors for sensing a monitoring factor; a facility condition analyzing unit for determining whether the facility has a failure on the basis of the sensing data collected to correspond to each facility; and an output unit for outputting and providing information on the sensing data collected for each facility and a result of determining the failure. According to the present invention, data of various facilities arranged and operated in a shipyard site is integrally monitored and analyzed, thereby managing a current condition of the facilities and predicting the failure thereof.
