The present inventiono relates to a production method of a vector for producing recombinant simple herpes virus type 1 (HSV-1). By using the production method of a vector and a vector thereof according to one aspect, a portion of HSV-1 gene region of HSV-1 is deleted and various foreign genes are recombined, thereby facilitating HSV-1 manipulation, and producing the HSV-1 specific for cancer cells or tumor cells.
