The present invention relates to a wastewater pressed floating device used as an inclined plate settling tank, which is capable of maximizing sludge discharging efficiency by reducing a transferring pressure load depending on sludge discharge when sludge is discharged through a discharging screw, a discharging unit; and easily cleaning and maintaining an installation configuration of the inside, through cleaning, when cleaning of the inside is required by including a cleaning unit. The present invention can control a discharging level of processed wastewater by stably performing settling of the sludge and floating of a floating matter in a separating tank to which micro bubbles are supplied. The present invention uses the separating tank as a settling tank by selectively blocking supply of the micro bubbles in the separating tank, and can maximize settling efficiency by inducing the settling in a downward vertical direction or an inclined direction. The present invention can maximize adiabatic efficiency of a device by improving a wall for a settling and separating tank.
