The present invention relates to a smart farm interlocking livestock wastewater processing system having a cattle shed (10) and a smart farm (20). A water processing unit (500) for supplying a nutrient solution or processed water to the smart farm (20) comprises: a film filtering unit (520) which receiving received water and processing film filtering; a processing water tank (530) which stores the processed water of the film filtering unit (520); and a nutrient solution storing unit (540) which manufactures the nutrient solution by receiving the processed water of the processing water tank (530), and supplies the nutrient solution to the smart farm (20). A liquefied fertilizer processing unit (300) for processing livestock wastewater of the cattle shed (10) with a liquefied fertilizer comprises an aeration tank (310), and a micro bubble generating unit (380) which supplies micro bubbles with oxygen for aeration of the aeration tank (310). The film filtering unit (520) and the processing water tank (530) are connected to the micro bubble generating unit (380) and the micro bubbles of the micro bubble generating unit (380) are included in the processed water of the processing water tank (530) to be supplied the processed water to the film filtering unit (520) as film cleaning water. The present invention can reduce odor.
