Provided is a method for generating M&A activity between topics. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for generating M&A activity between topics comprises: a step of allowing a server to analyze a text where businesses of a company are described and assign a weighted value for each topic to the company; a step of allowing the server to repeat calculating a weighted value for each combination among all combinations of all topics assigned to an acquiring company and all topics assigned to an acquired company, for each M&A case; a step of allowing the sever to sum up the weighted values calculated for each combination of the same topics to calculate transaction activity between respective topics; and a step of allowing the server to generate a node in one-to-one correspondence with the topic and graph data including edges between the nodes, wherein an edge between a first node and a second node may be formed only when transaction activity between the topic of the first node and the topic of the second node is not 0. Accordingly, company information can be converted into product information to enable a user to determine M&A activity between topics.
