Provided is a command transmission method based on a blockchain in a tactical environment. According to the present invention, a node manages a node or a terminal list connected with an encryption key through a blockchain, retrieves information from the blockchain even when joining a new node or terminal, and by using such method, uses the blockchain to execute a command only when a higher level of command transmits a command message to a lower level of command.
