According to the present invention, provided is a Schmidt hardness and ultrasonic intensity measurement point display apparatus including a simple measurement means for safety diagnosis on a structure. The apparatus comprises: an ultrasonic sticker panel with six measurement point display holes punched thereon at an interval of 10 cm; a Schmidt sticker panel overlapped with the ultrasonic sticker panel, and including 5 (vertical) x 4 (horizontal) measurement point display holes punched thereon at an interval of 3 cm; attachment surface protection vinyl for protecting an attachment surface formed on one side of the sticker panel; and a ruler with gradations printed thereon, able to be cut along a cutting line formed on one side of the sticker panel in a longitudinal direction. A semicircular goniometer is formed on one side of the ruler, while the middle part of the goniometer and the middle part of the ruler match. A folding line to fold the ruler is formed in the middle part of the ruler. A goniometer cutting line and a goniometer folding line are formed between the goniometer and the ruler, while the goniometer cutting line and the goniometer folding line are separated with the folding line of the ruler placed therebetween. According to the effect of the present invention, since the measurement tools such as the goniometer and the ruler and the Schmidt hardness and ultrasonic intensity measurement point display apparatus are integrated, a user does not need to prepare the apparatus and the tools separately and the probability of loss can be lowered, and also, costs for manufacturing a safety diagnosis tool can be lowered. Moreover, since an ultrasonic or Schmidt measurement sticker is selectively used, user convenience can be promoted.
