Wood into which a plurality of connection hardware are integrally inserted at equal intervals is coupled to a support to complete the work of installing a design type fence just by fastening a fastening hole installed in a tip end of a handrail to each of the plurality of connection hardware installed in the support through a fastening bolt. Accordingly, handrail installation work can be simply and rapidly performed.
