The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing immunity capable of improving antibiotic solubility in a mixed formulation and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a composition for enhancing immunity which can improve the solubility of antibiotics in a mixed formulation and the stability of vitamin B_12 when mixing the composition with antibiotics; a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same; a method for improving solubility in the mixed formulation; and a method for enhancing immunity when mixing the composition with antibiotics.
