According to the present invention, a moisture removal system for collecting air samples and monitoring air quality comprises: a supply line providing a path to supply air to gas measurement/collection equipment, and having a coupler to allow a gas collection line of the gas measurement/collection equipment to be connected; a dust filter installed on the supply line to filter out dust contained in air; a moisture filter installed on the supply line to remove moisture contained in air; a micro pump installed on the supply line to provide pumping power to supply air passing through the dust filter and the moisture filter to the gas collection line through the supply line; and a pressure measurement device to measure and provide the pressure of air supplied through the supply line. The present invention is installed on the front end of gas measurement/collection equipment to supply samples of air or gas from which dust and moisture are removed to eliminate an effect by dust or moisture contained in the samples to allow accurate analysis of materials, prevent sample degeneration, prevent equipment faults or damage by dust or moisture, allow convenient use using control and linking by the gas measurement/collection equipment, and greatly improve analysis accuracy by quantitatively supplying the samples.
