The present invention relates to an agricultural insulation fabric which is installed to cover an appearance of a vinyl green house in summer or winter in order to prevent heat from being transmitted between objects, and provides UV blocking and damp-proof functions. The present invention has a UV coating layer and a damp-proof coating layer and comprises a space unit (3) formed by sewing and overlapping an upper side fabric (1) and a lower side fabric (2) at equidistant intervals so that upper and lower parts form a tunnel. The present invention can be produced in existing facilities and accordingly, produces novel insulation fabrics without facility investments such that product competitiveness is increased and a manufacturing cost is reduced.
