The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a disinfectant composition of porcine epidemic diarrhea (PED) virus and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus. In addition, the present invention relates to the disinfectant composition of PED virus and PRRS virus containing, 95.5 parts by weight of purified water; 3.0 parts by weight of an extract of perilla leaves; 2.0 parts by weight of ionized mineral nanoparticles; 1.0 part by weight of sodium cyanate (NaOCN); 0.5 parts by weight of glutaraldehyde (C_5H_8O_2); 0.5 parts by weight of guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride; and 0.5 parts by weight of citric acid (C_6H_8O_7). The disinfectant composition of PED virus and PRRS virus containing an extract of perilla leaves according to the present invention has a very excellent disinfection effect on PED virus and PRRS virus.
