Provided are a taxi dispatching reservation system and a taxi dispatching reservation method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the taxi dispatching reservation system is performed by a server. The server comprises: a user terminal receiving unit which receives operating request information including a departure place from a user terminal; a control unit which searches taxies within a search range based on the departure place included in the operating request information and designates a taxi having a smallest time cost; and a vehicle sending unit which provides a dispatching signal for the taxi determined by the control unit. The taxies within the search range contain a first taxi which has no customer before designation, a second taxi which has a customer, and a third taxi which has no customer but is designated. According to the present invention, the efficiency of taxi dispatch can be improved.
