Disclosed are an image monitoring system and an image monitoring method using the same capable of being monitored by an administrator who can collect/search for images from an image storage device only when necessary after storing an image in a monitoring area for a predetermined period of time through the image storage device including a camera without a real-time network connection. The image monitoring system and the image monitoring method using the same can greatly reduce costs of monitoring the image of a remote region in which various accidents are easy to occur such as a street, a parking lot or the like or a region such as a crime-ridden region, accurately post-process the various accidents, and prevent various crimes from being generated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
