According to one embodiment of the present invention, a system for analyzing site compacting stiffness of a track earthwork roadbed includes: a compacting soil data measuring device measuring an elastic modulus, a moisture content or a tamping thickness of a site compacting layer; and a compacting soil data processing device receiving data about the elastic modulus, the moisture content or the compacting thickness from the compacting soil data measuring device and calculating a continuous distribution state or a change state of the elastic modulus with respect to the site compacting layer, thereby enabling an operator to directly visually determine whether compacting quality is good or bad in a site since the continuous distribution state or the change state of the elastic modulus with respect to the compactness control target site can be displayed.
