According to an embodiment, a method for identifying a mode parameter of a structure comprises: a step of forming at least one first cluster in a first region within each frame with respect to a first speckle image consisting of a plurality of frames for the first region of a target object; a step of forming at least one second cluster in a second region within each frame with respect to a second speckle image consisting of a plurality of frames for the second region of the target object; and a step of identifying a mode shape of the target object on the basis of an inter-frame displacement of the first cluster and an inter-frame displacement of the second cluster.
