The present invention relates to a self-injury prevention device for patients. In particular, the device comprises a grip part for gripping by strapping a hand; a fitting part provided at the grip part to allow fingers to be fit therein; and a wrist coupling part for preventing the grip part and the fitting part from being separated from the hand. Therefore, the movement of the fingers is restricted, thereby preventing self-injury with the fingers or preventing surrounding medical equipment and medical instruments worn on patients from being damaged.
