The present invention provides a method and apparatus for continuously producing a nanofilter by using a nanofiber spinning device. The method according to the present invention, as a method for continuously producing a nanofilter from a spun fabric which is spun in a forward directional lattice shape and dropped in a conical shape from the nanofiber spinning device, comprises: a step of transferring the spun fabric in a state that the spun fabric is overlapped with each other in a spiral shape on a transfer drum while preventing the spun fabric from adhering to the surface of the transfer drum; a compression step of forming a nanofilter by compressing the spun fabric transferred in a state that the spun fabric is overlapped with each other in a spiral shape at a position which is deviated from the transfer drum; and a step of winding the compressed nanofilter around a winding roll. Therefore, the method according to the present invention has an effect of providing a nanofilter which has high strength and is excellent in air permeability and filtering function by a simple technical configuration.
