The present invention relates to a system for remodeling a curtain wall enclosing outer walls of various buildings with glass walls and a remodeling method thereof, and more specifically, to a system for remodeling a curtain wall and a remodeling method thereof, wherein after glass is dismantled from the inside while maintaining a pre-installed curtain wall structural material, a glass fixing part with an insulation function is attached to the outside of the structural material exposed to the front of a building, so that it is easy to remodel the curtain wall while maintaining a structural skeleton. The system for remodeling a curtain wall of the present invention can conveniently perform the remodeling of a curtain wall using a vertical member and a horizontal member for remodeling, thereby saving construction costs and time due to the dismantling and construction of an existing curtain wall.
