The present invention relates to a guideline apparatus for reducing a sailing flow noise of a submarine, which hinge-couples a frame structure having a predetermined interval to a hole for lifting an operation device (such as a snorkel and a periscope) provided on a bridge pin of a submarine, thereby being automatically opened in accordance with lifting of the operation device and preventing an opened surface of the hole for lifting an operation device during non-operation of the operation device to minimize flow delamination. Therefore, an increase of an underwater radiated noise can be minimized.
