The present invention relates to filtering and scoring (FnS) that is an analysis method which can quickly and accurately determine a final type of a human leukocyte antigen during human leukocyte antigen (HLA) type inspection by using a sequence-specific oligonucleotide probe. By using the method mentioned above, rapid and accurate HLA type determination can be possible regardless of race of a subject to be inspected.
